Where are all my socks?

I've been putting the washing away today and have about 5 odd socks from the last 2 loads. Where do they all go?

I know!! I'm the same! My OH is always complaining.. I cant get any socks on these days anyway!

I bought a brand new pack of socks not that long ago. Not found a pair in weeks! Drives me mad! Must be a hole in the washing machine that sucks socks through!

Guy came to fix my washing machine today and found several socks in places socks should not be able to get to in the washing machine! Was nowt to do with it breaking though!

I was wondering this until I sorted DD's room yesterday.... Loads of odd socks under her mattress....She wears socks to bed and kicks them off in the night and they work they're way down the bed and under it I think

And I also found 9 socks on one of her dolls legs to pad it out to look like a plaster cast because ' she was bored with her maths work and tried to escape out of the window ' ( she was actually sat at the table doing her maths work when she said this It just made me giggle because she was so quick with the remark bless her! )

Not sure where the others end up though. It's a mystery!
