Same here E4, ITV2 and Dave for the Top Gear repeats.

BBC2 wins hands down for me. We like University Challenge right through to Extras. Also like the documentaries and the factual stuff. I can always find something to watch on 2.

I'm really not into all the soaps and stuff. Never watch ITV either. I can't stand that channel.

Anything we really want to see can be gotten by other means so often we don't bother to actually watch it when on TV

The movie channels - I have probably seen loads of the movies as I usually watch them as night

Also like Sky One for Lost, Prison Break, Las Vegas etc
