This was mine! Colin he was called. I bought him 5 years ago when i was 16. Learnt to drive in him. Then when Angel was 4 weeks old OH made me sell him!
He was my absolute pride and joy and i cried when he drove away!

I am the same as you Mrs Brightside, been driving provisionally since 2001 and have had tons of cars but still not passed my test.

My first car was a white renault clio with no power steering, it knackered up my elbows

first car was a silver M reg diesel rover metro, sounded like a tank it was awesome (till it broke down spectacularly at the front of some traffic lights on the bloody outer ring road whilst on my own and 7 weeks pregnant and hormonal).

i always get my mum's hand-me-downs, and she gets my dad's when he gets himself a new one! so my first was an H-reg pillarbox red rover 214 sli. it was given to me in 1998 as soon as i passed my test when i was 17. i loved it!
