what laxatives can you take while BF?

i've tried drinking more, eating more fibre, and fybogel. i give up, i need to poo!

I'm pretty sure you can take flaxseed oil while breastfeeding, and that should help things pass. Hope you feel better soon!

while in hospital and BF as well. I was given a glycerin suppo and lactulose solution which both worked wonders at the time!

OH bought me some glycerin the other day. still haven't been properly though, i think i have piles now too
