Yet another small child left alone at home....he could have died.
Grrr his mum was probably at the pub, stuff like this gets me SO MAD :wall: :wall: :wall:

There is a post office 2 mins from my house.... the amount of times I've needed to post something there when Brody is in bed asleep....would I EVER dream of leaving him there?! NO WAY.

My friend says some of the mums at her sons school do the school run while the baby is asleep in the cot at home. :wall: :wall: What if you got hit by a car and wake up in hospital days later? [/rant]

I could never leave Maddison in the house to pop out somewhere :shakehead: What if she woke up from having a bad dream and Mummy wasnt there? :(

I could never do that!!! Not in a million years!!

What also annoys me is the amount of toddlers, probably about 2 years old playing out in the street near a main road on their own around my end. Its so so stupid!!! kids about 7 fair enough but 2?!

For gods sake! When will people be grateful for their children? He's better off with someone who loves him.

And leaving kids in a cot while on the school run??? The same can happen to them!

Why have kids if your just going to leave them like that??
It makes me sick. Hopefully it's a blessing in disguise and the poor kid will be better looked after now.

:? thats awful, theres a shop literally 30 secs from my house i can see it from the window but i wouldnt even leave Hayden for a second to go there. The woman across the road left her 5 yr old locked in her bedroom for over 3 hours while she went shopping..she was crying for her mum out the window saying she needed a wee and was going to wet herself :-( that was so sad! my mum is a police woman so she put a report in at work, dont think anything came of it though!

What pisses me off is i know of someone who had their son taken off them by social services and she wasnt a bad mum at all and yet there are people like this that get away with stuff.

I agree.. some people dont deserve children they really dont!

that's terrible! I don't get how people think it's ok to leave little 'uns along, I really don't.

Most I ever get to leaving these two alone, is if I hang out the washing in the garden whilst they're inside. Even then I pop back in half way through hanging to make sure they're ok.

thats AWFUL. thats one of the things i'd worry about happening! i would NEVER leave melissa in house alone even to pop across the road to the shop (literally like 10 steps away)

i kno chances are most likely baby will be ok, but what sort of parent is willing to take such an unnecessary risk, however small? a terrible one, thats what sort!

i used to get bad dreams all the time that i would do this! i would leave millie in the car while i went shopping round town- and then i'd come to my senses when i was somewhere far away and couldnt remember where i'd parked! i would wake up with my heart racing those were some of the worst dreams iv ever had!

i agree with yr sentiment exactly, wtf is WRONG with them :wall:

so glad the little boy was ok

I am never out of ear shot of Connie. If I'm hanging the washing out the back door is open and in the bath I have the video monitor on so I can see her on it.

thats horrific, i bet it wasnt the first time either!

:talkhand: :talkhand: :talkhand: :talkhand: thats discusting     i'd NEVER leave my kids alone in the house alone not till they are 14 and even then it all depends on how responsible they are

when i drop my kids off at school I often see parents leaving babies/toddlers in the car alone, while they take the older child into school, which can take up to 5 minutes. To me this is wrong too as the way the school is laid out the car is totally out of eye and ear shot. i hate to see the baby crying on it's own.
