Anyone tried the stuff from this range?

I want to get some natural stuff for Mhairi as her skin is dry and I think it might be the Johnsons stuff!

Any suggestions welcome!

We use weleda - its fab! The calendula cream is really good for dry skin and since i started using the bath stuff Thea no longer gets dry skin.

Ooooo thanks Mel!

Do you use the ordinary bath stuff or the cream bath?

I usually put baby oil in the bath water, so thought I'd get the normal bath stuff, and the oil.

I use the cream bath but with either of them i would say that you wouldnt need the oil at all.

Ditto here :)

It's fab all over. When Stanley has a sore bum I let the air get to it until it it goes dry and flaky then slap some of this on. It goes over night!

It's great for all his little dry patches :)

Thanks everyone!!!

I have ordered some of the Weleda stuff!

I panic when I find dry patches, as eczema and asthma run in my family.

I've never had eczema, but I have got cousins who have it. I used to have to smother my wee cousin in cream, give him a special bath, pat him dry, smother him in cream again, apply steroid cream to the "extra" sore bits, wrap him in bandages and put him to bed.......it's my worst nightmare that Mhairi gets it!

Maybe it is a bit too late, but...Originally we got Daniel almoust full Weleda Calendula baby range...but...he has eczema and it runs in a family (I had it all my life). Well, the only thing we are using now from that range is soap and nappy cream. No matter how antiallergic it claims to be, Daniel still had a reaction to most of the stuff.

What we are using now is Lavera Neutral for babies http://www.lavera.co.uk/index.php?page= ... &Itemid=26

It has absolutely no smell, well just a bit of an oil smell (even Weleda has) and it not only doesnt bring up any allergies, it cures them. Like when Daniel had outburst of eczema (we werent using the stuff then) it cleared everything up in 2 days! (And it was very very bad!)

Hopefully Mhairi will be fine with Weleda, but I am staying away from anything apart from nappy cream and soap (we use soap only on his hands)
