Weird pains

I've got some really strange pains going on! My hips and ribs ache and throb and its kind of going into my back, it also hurts to wee but doesn't hurt my bladder, just my hips, ribs and back! Its so weird! And one side of my face and eye aches and feels bruised and it hurts to touch. I know this sounds really strange, I've never had anything like it! Can anyone help?
I know I sound completely mad!
