Weight

I took Alastair to get weighed today and ever since he had Bronchilitis they have been hoping he will get back on to the 25 centile, as he lost alot of weight when he was ill

Well today when the weighed him he has gone down 2 centiles in 2 weeks he is now on the 2nd centile

I have to take a urine sample to see if he has a water infection, i cant understand why he isnt putting on weight he drink between 4 and 6 oz every 3 4 hrs and even having tin bit of rusks for tea which he loves.

Has anyone else expreinced anything like this???

well i took the urine sample in and it came back clear

so now i have to take Alastair to see the dietician as the HV (stupid cow) cant understand why he is going down the centiles and not up

i have to try and feed him as much as possible and keep up with the solids if he will take them, she was going on like i should force feed him, how the hell can i make him drink if he doesnt want it ???

what kind of milk is he on? can you not get him a sronger one? with more fat?

he is on sma gold, i will see what his weight is like 2morrow and see what my crap HV suggets

well took Alastair to see HV today and he put on 9oz this week , which makes him 12 lb 4oz he still has to go and see doctor, but they are happy he is putting on weight now and not losing it

when my son had broncalitus he was only 10 days old and he lost over 1lb in a week, but he soon put it back on
