I'm just washing all the clothes, towels and bedding I have for LO. Most things are white/cream and normally when I do a white wash I use "Vanish Oxi Action Crystal White".

Do you think this will be safe to use on LO's stuff?

Have looked on website, read all labels but no info. I'm using non bio washing liquid and non bio fabric softener but am in 2 minds whether this is safe?

Any thoughts?

I'd use the non-bio stuff. Not an expert but I would presume that the Vanish stuff uses stronger chemicals.

i personaly wouldnt use it as i think it contains much stronger chemicals to get the stuff white
manda xx

Er I'd not. TBH baby clothes get grubby or yucky but usually wash well.

Use non bio like Fairy only. You really don't need the chemical stuff for their clothing at this age tbh. They are changed so often that most things don't get a chance to dry in. Also its things like baby vomit etc which isn't an offensive colour per se even if it does stain a little.

Sorry to jump in...but I've been using Sainsburys Bio washing powder....should I be using non bio for the baby clothes?

Yup, non bio all the way. Bio stuff is nasty for LO's skin so change it over :)

non bio is supposed to be used as the babys skin is very sensitive, anything else is too strong.. i use it for the first few months then change to my normal one as non bio isnt very good at removing stains..
