hi girls,
well been up since 4am, watching the baby programs on discovery home and health. cannot sleep even though i didnt go to bed til midnight.
is this a taste of what I have to come? hope these last few weeks are not like this, its too hot and i cannot get comfy at all in the night so get up as its easier. i need some sleep before LO is here!! :cheer:

yep this is a sign of things to come :rotfl:

i think its our bodies gettin us ready for all of those night feeds :rotfl:

yeah i was up at 4:30 watcing sky news and reading, back to bed at 6:30 and just got up again to face the day.

is there a chat for the insomniacs on here?

Sandi

Yep...I've had this for the last week-i'm usually up twice in the night-once around 2.00am then again around 4.30....I hate missing my sleep and everyone keep saying ' get as much sleep as you can before baby is here, cos when it arrives you'll be exhausted!!'

I'm awake a lot but i never actually get up when i wake. I cant go downstairs anyway cos of the alarm, i'd wake the whole house, but i do spend ages tossing and turning at rediculout times.

I think if i got up i'd be even more tired.

yep, im shattered now cos i havent been to sleep. :wall:

i darent even get up and go to the toilet for fear of waking my dad up its pathetic. i hate living here. this isnt how i wanted it to be  :wall:

I sleep about 3-4 hours a night no matter how tired I am or what time I go to bed, been up since 5am (went to bed at 1.30)
I do sometimes get my head down in the afternoon with LO when he has his nap so I'm getting about 6 hours a day which is fine :)
