People think 'it'll never happen to me' but it can and it does. Although I already have a secure seat for Josh in the car Im going to get him a new 5 point harness one after seeing this. He's the same age as the little boy in the video and it really made me think

The first is a 0-4 yrs one. The second doesn't have a harness - it's just a booster seat with a back. We got these clicky - they do a pink one too

thats awfull, its some thing i have been reading alot about recently, Dior has a 5 point car seat its a maxi cosi priory which i think is one of the best, but it is 2nd hand. and i no this is some thing you shouldnt do?
we are looking into getting Harley a new car seat, i have seen a nice brandnew 5point front facing car seat for £35 but im thinking should i spend £130 and get the best.
after watching that i am.

also Dior pulls hers down from her sholders i have just brought a clip from ebay thats stops her from doing this

Josh has been using a booster seat with a back bit on for a while now and I was told its the right kind for his age but after seeing that video I went to my mams and got his old one, not sure of the model but its Britax and its from birth to 4 years, cost £160 brand new when he was tiny so I put it back in the car this afternoon and I feel alot more reassured now.

Its a few years since he was in it so he thinks its brand new and he's more than happy to sit in it, even though its more of a 'baby' seat than a booster

thanks for the ones you showed violet, but i have a britax one for liam, i needed on for joshua who is already 4 and a heavy lump.

the mum in the video is definitely brave, it must have broke her heart again doing a video like that, but as she says it might save a babys life.

OMG my son jake is 3 and a half and his 5 point harness one got too small so hes in a highback booster seat i thought they were safe really i did because it tells you the age they can use them from do you think the £30 one from argos willl fit him because he is quite chunky the harness one he used WAS SUPPOSED TO BE UP TO FOUR YEARS BUT ITS TOO TIGHT.
