Tummy twinges

Hello!
I was just wondering if anyone has had this and if it's a pregnancy thing..
Last week I had huge tummy twinges, which I never had before, which was one of the reasons I thought I may be pregnant as well as boob changes. I've had them today too, where its like twingy and pulling inside. It's not painful like a cramp or belly ache, its strange
Is this an early pregnancy thing? I'm somewhere around 4 weeks I think

Yes pretty normal. My cramps were very like period pains but just uterus getting ready for baby
