TIREDNESS IN PREGNANCY

now i know this is normal, but ive bn diagnosed at anemic and am on iron tablets but my MW was 2day sayin tht summit else cud b wrong, so shes gunna check my haemaglobin(scuse spellin) levels n iron levels, any idead wot shell b testin 4 if its no anemia??

i know how youmust be feeling though cos i went through the exact same with Adele and i ended up having a blood transfusion (not very nice butfelt a million dollars after it ) she could be checking for that diabetic thing pregnant woman get but if she was testing for that she would have said
