Timeline at bottom of posts

Hi ladies,
I'm 5 weeks pregnant and have just joined.
Can anyone tell me how to add the timeline pictures which say how your baby is growing at the bottom of your posts?
I'm a little unsure on how to do it.

Hi doll, if u see one u like, click it and it will take u too the website follow instructions and make yourself a ticker then u will get a ".BB CODE" Copy and then come back to this site go to "quick links" and then edit signiture. And then paste your sticker. Make sure you save it and u should be good to go xx
