no i bounce on mine i thought that was ok??? think ur ment to roll 2. have a look at the link in my post

I might invest in one this time :)

i would. dont know if it actually does help baby move into position or help with the labour but they are defo comfy to sit on.
i imagine they would help while in labour tho as when u sit on them they widen ur hips

Certainly has helped my back cos you have to sit up straight on them! Love it x

I bought one for a few £ from ASDA years ago when I was into 'healthy eating' and 'exercising' (I no longer no the meaning of both these activities!)
Good job I kept it like! I sit on mine when me and OH are winding down on an evening! Very comfy :) x

I must be a freak, I find it really uncomfy, I constantly feel like im gonna fall so I cant relax on it. I do sit on it every night but I cant do more than 15 mins. I dunno what Im doing wrong but I cant get on with it at all.

I teacha core stability class every Wednesday on them (Swiss balls in a gym) and they have amazing benefits for pregnant people! If you all work on your core, it's meant to do wonders for strength in labour. Bounce up and down gently an try and control a sudden stop while bouncing, that's a food one as you use core muscles. Just generally being on one is really good for you-you should notice in weeks it becomes easier to sit on and you won't feel out of balance :)

Sorry to go into one about them, but they are awesome. Lol x

^^^ my balance is dire in general, I cant stand on one leg :oooo:

I will keep at it tho, Im willing to do anything which will help me and my baby, I make OH sit behind me on the sofa so if Im gonna fall I can try and fall backwards and he can catch me!

Im doing lots of rocking etc as its supposed to help baby to develop good balance and coordination. I really hope he doesnt end up like me, PE was a nightmare!!!!

birthing balls are also good for pregnant sex :) yes yes

you can sort of flop all over them on all fours and, well, yes its very supportive

word of warning though, put a towel or cloth or something over the ball, we did the sex on one the other day and i must have leaked a bit of boobie milk and i got stuck to it (frozen pole/tongue stylee) it was pretty uncomfortable! be warned

I love my birthing ball. Had it a fw weeks now, paid about £15 for it from a birthing website but got a little booklet with it on how to do the exercises with it. :)
I sit on mine all the time, i'll probably still use it even well after Ava is here :):)
