hey girlies
Just wondering if anyone else had a problem with hip pain whilst sleeping a few weeks before baby was due?
For the last week or two my hips ache all night long and have to constantly change the side i sleep on (its too painful to sleep on my back). Also the other night i woke up with really bad backache in my lower back but only on the right hand side, the pain went all the way down to my right leg to my toes (baby lying on a nerve perhaps?).
Throughout the day i still have slight ache in my back and hips and on and off feeling of pressure.
Do you think the baby is just moving down to get engaged? baby was still classed as 'free' at my appointment last monday, but have another appointment on thursday so maybe i'll get some answers by then
.
Just blew up my birthing ball today and it is really helping the pain, and we are getting taught massage at our antenatal classes on thursday so that might help ease it too.
