Teeth coming through in a funny order.

Joes teeth are coming through in a funny order. I thought they were meant to come through like this.
Bottom 2 then the top two then im notsure what order .
But Joes bottom 2 came through together, then another one to the left of the bottom 2. Now one has came through to the left of where his top 2 should be. Whats that all about, where are the top 2. I can see them in the gums but they are not for coming through.
Weird eh?

I'm not much help as Jake has only just started getting his teeth. His front bottom two came through at the same time. I suppose every child is different but I think that they usually get the front bottom two then front top two first but I might be wrong.

Cahrlie started coming though at 9 months old starting with a bottom one first then the top two then it was really weird cos a strange looking tooth come through at the bottom left which looked like two teeth???? Description is abit weird...we took him to the dentist who said that he actaully had two teeth joined together at the bottom with no split although a slit indent to show that it should be two seperate ones. Seems its unusual but the two teeth formed as one cell before they came through so they fused together!
Seems it may happen with his permanent set but we will have to wait and see! He now has a total of four top and four bottom although it looks like 3 on the bottom cos of the fused one

Kate got her bottom two around the same time, she then got her top right one, followed by her top right eye tooth but no left hand 'front' tooth if you know what I mean. Looks quite funny! She has a lopsided grin, its cute.
