Anyone think this was any good? Am tempted to pop to Tesco and buy it but don't wanna waste a tenner...!

i loved it.. i saw it in the cinema with my OH. I was a bit shocked that it was so musical though, but the songs were good and strong, Depp was AMAZING in it.. It wasnt particularly scary, a but yucky, but i loved it.. 9 out of 10 for me

we watched it when it came out and bought it on blue-ray at the weekend and watched it again lastnight. Its really good, would probably watch it again in the future

I can't wait to buy this...it stars two of my favourite actors, Johnny and Helena.

I also watched the BBC version with Ray Winstone (saw it in Asda today) and that was really good viewing. I thought that Ray, as Sweeny Todd came across really creepy!

My OH took me to see it at the cinema after our first scan to celebrate but I didn't enjoy it much. I found that the music drowned out the singing and I couldn't hear the lyrics. It was just the rubbish speakers in the cinema, I'd give it another go if someone I know had the DVD.

I watched it on the plane last month, so not the best quality to base a review on lol. It was quite good though and strangely upsetting at the end.

I also watched Enchanted, Scatterpatch, and thought it was really good

I LOVED it too! I was in tears at the end and I wasnt expecting that!(quite embarrassing in the cinema lol) Even OH (who wont admit it now) liked it regardless of the singing! (I did have to lie to him to get him there and told him it has songs but not a musical lmao)

Oh and I love Enchanted too!
I took my daughter for her birthday to see it and we loved it! We sing and dance to all the songs lol!

Yes it's quite sing songy etc. but Johnny Depp is sooooooo sexy I would pay to watch it again just to drool.....
