Strong Ovulation Pain!?

Wow i haven't experienced this before...... Since around 8am this morning i have had the most uncomfortable and painful cramps. Its taking my breathe away it is that painful and making me feel a little sick.
I got a positve OPK yesterday evening so i know it is definitely ov pain, but why all of sudden this cycle is it so painful?
Sorry TMI but i also had the worse diarrhea late last night too.

Could it be down to the HSG i had last month?? x

I've had a few cycles where I have debilitating ovulation cramps, worse than af. I don't know why it happens sometimes. Hope it gets better for you soon x

One OV cycle I was walking home from the train, doubled over in pain and felt like I’d wet myself ...got home and blood had soaked through my knickers onto my jeans. Was told it was just a normal thing for ovulation. Never had it before then and never had it since. Our bodies are so weird. Hope it eases up so you can get baby dancing x

Ps if you had an upset tummy it could be change in hormones.

Thanks Bambi. How strange that it never happened to you again. I am telling you our bodies can be so cruel.

The pains have gone now thank god it was awful but now I feel like bruised inside my stomach like I have pulled some muscles. Does that make sense? I am really confused by it all. X

I had that too but only once or twice. It's a good fertility sign though! Fx!x

Oh no!! Glad to hear the pains and gone but on the bright side, at least you know you’ve ovulated haha x

Thanks ladies, still feeling a little bruised inside which i find bizarre but no more pains thank god. I think we can safely say i have ovulated.
DTD last night with preseed, if OH is up to it will go again tonight but i dont think it will make much difference.

Last month I had horrendous ovulation pain, just a stabbing twice, and I vomited. It all came on really fast and stopped as quickly as it had appeared.

Unfortunately hubby was not in a good place at the time so we didn't dtd, wasting the clearly strong ovulation and af arrived this week. x
