Strep B testing

Just ordered my test so I have it ready to do at 35 weeks, thought I'd post the link incase anyone else wants or needs to order one just now.

My midwife clinic does it for free, do you not get one?

My midwife not mentioned it and I have a few more weeks until I see her again. Do you get the test and results free?

They tested for it earlier, she even mentioned it at a booking appointment as a lot of women are carriers.

Oh good, I find it so strange how it's standard procedure in one county and you have to sort it out yourself in another!

Hi Sarah,

I was concerned about this and had a chat with my midwife- they are going to do a swab at my 35 week appointment to check. I think you should ask yours coz they should be able to do it for free xx
