Spots on scalp

Ive noticed that Ellie has lots of tiny white head like spots on her scalp... i've read this is normal but wondered if i should use/avoid anything?

Might ask doc 2mora as she has her 6wk check hope she doesnt get loads on her face, ao mo they are just on her scalp so u cant really see them
