Afternoon ladies and bumps, i am almost 30 weeks and still haven't found a pram I love and starting to panic now. I just saw the special edition icandy apple online and thought it looked really nice but then looked up reviews and they are nearly all really bad. Does anybody have this pram or and ideas of prams I may not have looked at (hard to imagine!)

I had no idea it would be so difficult to choose a pram.

Thanks for your help

Tilly

I have no advice on the Icandy Apple, but just wanted to say don't panic. You are doing the right thing by taking your time trying to find the right one, you will know when you find the right one for you.

I have the iCandy Cherry which I love......obviously I haven't used it yet so may change my mind but I chose it because it's so lightweight but still looks really comfy, and stylish. There were a few teething problems with it when it first came out from what I've read but it's all supposed to be sorted now. I plan to use it a lot as I walk everywhere and we don't have a car & I was assured that it was durable and very easy to manage.

I know how you feel though, it is confusing with all the choices out there. Maybe ask in Ask a Mum xx

I am one of the most indecisve ppl you can meet so i didnt have a clue which pram I wanted...

I spent so many late nights up umming and arrring on what to get and eventually went with the quinny buzz in Capri I also bought the dreami cot to go with it, it is expensive but its just so lush and when i had a go in mothercare it was so much fun and looked so darn comfy...

I found this website extremly useful as you can watch videos on how to the the prams together, what it comes with and what not...

Also contact Lozzi as she has gr8 knowledge of prams :)

I know exactly how you feel- i had an absolute nightmare deciding on which pram to go for... I looked online for reviews, went to babiesrus, independent shops, babyworld and the the great baby warehouse kiddicare! Every shop I went to drew me back to the Britax vigour 4+ but I couldn;t convince my dh so ended up driving nearly 2 hours to kiddicare only for dh to realise I was right all along!

You really need to decide what you will be doing with the baby (will you really be going on long country walks or is that just wishful thinking?!) - for me, i have a car and live in London, most of the time I'll be going out will be for walks in the park, meeting friends and going to the shops so it needed to be easy to manouvere through the aisles, easy to get into the car and fairly light. It also needed to be a reasonable price but don;t just get one online without seeing it and playing with it- there were a few that I liked but when i saw them they were too bulky or really heavy.

good luck!

Where will you mostly be using the pram? We picked ours because we often walk the dog cross country and so wanted a three wheeler with suspension and large wheels. In our price range it was between the Mothercare Urban detour and the Mamas and Papas 03 sport and we preferred the 03 from the beginning.

Perhaps this site will help you decide?
