Sore hands

My hands are swollen but not obviously (I can tell tho!) and they hurt. I wake up in a morning and feel as tho I have had htem clenched all night. They feel tender and stiff - does anyone else suffer with this? My toes were the same one day last week?!!

yes, I have had that for a couple of weeks now. My joints are really sore. Midwife suggested that you wrap them up in bandages to keep the fingers stretched out and keep them elevated. Haven't done the bandage thing as am on my own and thought managing the toilet at 3am would be slightly difficult.

i often get this at night but it generally improves over the day.

yep i have this every night, due to suffering from carpal tunnel since i was 27 weeks. i wear splints at night but i still wake up with very still painful and swollen hands. cold water seems to help them if they get too bad like mine do sometimes.
