SMP1 form

hi, ive had to go on sick from work coz ive had problems in my pregnancy, my employer had been refusing to send my SSP1 form so ive not been getting sick pay ive not referd this to the dispute team but in order to get Maternity Allowance i will need the SSP1 form off the employer again and im worried that if he wont send it then im not gonna get my maternity allowance, has anyone had any similar problems?

Hiya

Why is your employer not sending it? I'd put it in writing that you need it sending within one week or you will view it as being victimised for being pregnant and take further action.

yeh i would but ive put it on to the dispute team and they said he is stalling because there is no valid reason for him not to return it. its so wrong. ive not had any pay for 10 weeks i dont need this stress with the baby x
