You rest and take care of yourself, I think the extra 2-4 weeks is just what you need and I know I can get myself (unbeknown to me) rather anxious about appointments regarding baby's health and afterwards feel so much better. Don't fret about weight loss, I do know a girl who only gained 3lbs during her pregnancy....crazy and so unfair it's not me! but hey like you said I'd happily gain 10 stone if it meant a happy, healthy baby at the end of it. Rest heaps...time to catch up on crappy daytime TV, magazines, knitting and other projects...... :sleep: xx
 
You just sit back and relax for a while. I know you've probably tried it but i found the anti travel sick bands really worked for me. I hope you're feeling a little better soon.

I got mine pre-pregnancy in a garage in Cornwall - my husbands driving down the lanes was so bad i needed them! When i later got pregnant i dug them out and used them. They won't stop you being sick but they do stop the queezy feeling, which might help. I'm sure you could get them in any chemist but you can def get them in boots: http://www.boots.com/shop/product_detai ... id=1045320
