sickness bug

ok am freaking out their is a sickness bug going round in my kids school and i dont want it, its spreading like wild fire i have had sickness bug before but when i wasnt pregnant and it knocked me flying i am scared if i get it, it might do something to baby x

Hey. I had a really bad one last year when I was pregnant but I rang the doctors and they told me as long as I stay well hydrated the baby is absolutely fine x

Lots of hand washing! I freak out when these bugs go about because I'm a vomit phobic but luckily my daughter rarely caught them when she was little and me even less often but I do wash my hands a lot, not an OCD amount though! I think if one of your kids do get it just think 'hygiene' so hopefully you won't get it too, like separate towels, hot soapy washing, and let your partner deal with the horrible messy bits if you can!

my son is off school today been up being sick all night

it seems to be going round fast i remeber having one 2 years ago and every 15 mins i was being sick even wake in up in my sleep
