Should i start weaning??

Alot of people are going to disagree but im really thinking about gettiny my lil man some baby rice as he seems hungry most of the time.
He will take 7oz of the bottle and then 2 hours later he will want 4oz more is this normal??
Im startin to think that milk isnt just enough now days for him.

I was tryin to wait until 5 months to start weaning but i dont want to starve him either.

I wont change his baby milk again cos he started on SMA gold he was sick. Cow & gate made him constipate for 3 whole days and Aptamil we changed it to an hes fine on that but it feels like hes not getting enough cos he sounds hungry all the time so i wondering what people thought if i started him on baby rice in the mornings for now an slowly work myself up.
I didnt want to start weaning him early i feel i have to keep his belly filled. He sometimes sleeps through the night but not always cos few hours after a feed he needs feeding again.

what do you people think?? x

he wont settle unless he has more to eat cos he cries for ages an it feels like its only been an hour or 2 since the last feed x

How old is he? The youngest any of mine were weaned was 12 weeks wiv 16 weeks been the average. If u think it's right for him then go for it xx

he will be 4 months old on the 23rd hun. I just want him to feel settled but im worried bout weaning because i dont know how to do it i know you mix the baby rice in with his milk in a tiny bowl an feed him by spoon but i dont know if it needs to be warm baby rice mixed an how mushy it needs to be ? lol. x

I used to make and warm the milk as normal then add a small amount of milk to the baby rice/rusk/porridge etc...mix it til it's smooth then offer it to baby from a spoon. Then give the rest of the bottle afterwards xxx

I weened my LO at about 3 and half months. He started on baby rice/rusks etc. If little one doesn't want it he will let you know hun. xx
