well she got me!!!. The nasty evil witch leaves me alone for 16 days then shows her ugly head today!!!!!
Now I dont know what to do next month,my cycles have been 28/29 days since I came off the birth control nearly 8 months ago so why have I had a 44 day cycle this month and when do I bd this month
Im so confused

Sorry she got you. She got me as well yesterday and my cycle this month has also been long my cycle is normaly 28-32 days but I ov on day 32 and she got me day 40

It may just be a one off. Stress can delay ovulation and that would put back your AF. Keep an eye on your cm and bed on the ewcm days. Or hey, everyday sounds like a good idea to me too.

maybe try ovulation sticks, the clearblue ones are great with the monitor if you can afford them, expensive but worth it
