The lady is asking for compensation?? I think its ridiculous. I understand that that shouldnt have been on the bill and may well have offended them but compensation?? She claims she didnt get her food untill gone 10pm when she arrived at 8pm, well why didnt she leave or complain??
and as for the bill saying what it did the owner said it was for the staffs eyes only, well who would say that to their staff

That's in Lichfield.. jesus.. that could have been us cos we keep planning to find a restaurant in Lichfield to go for a meal and just haven't got round to it but there's a good chance I would pick Italien.. lol
