Self employment sick pay

I'm around 6-7 weeks pregnant after seeing my doctor this morning he wants to give me a sick note for 4 weeks at a time due do bad nausea as I'm struggling to work. The trouble is I'm self employed so am I even entitled to SSP? If not am I entitled to anything?

You can claim ESA if your not entitled to SSP
