A huge favour to ask!!!
If any of you are out at car bootsales and come accross "Singing Kettle" DVD's or Videos (prefer DVD), please get it for me!!! One can usually get the videos for around a pound each at bootsale. Even if you see it at HMV in their sale. In return I can send something from here - yes!!!! we are fairly civilised here and very interesting things are produced here, believe it or not!!! :D :D
Example, www.shooshoos.co.za

I just can't see Oscar growing up without the Singing Kettle - they're just totally magic!!!

Thank you

Argh Singing Kettle, what was the song again?? Something like "spout, hndle, lid of metal. Whats inside the singing kettle"

My fave tune was always "oh you'll never shove yer granny off the bus"

:rotfl: :rotfl:

Well Beanie, you'll know now why I can't resist them..... both Scott and Philippa were crazy about them and we went to see them several times at the Edinburgh Festival Theatre!

Very impressed that you know of them!! :cheer:

i love the shoes. tto2 i think they were the white boys ones. how much are they emilia.

singing kettle dvds on ebay.co.uk. quite expensive the dvds are.

Hi Davina...
I knew the new DVD's would be more pricey. I know that in Scotland they're often in the "sale rail"... the scots are cheapskates you know! :rotfl: (getting elbow in ribs from DH)
We got all ours at the car bootsales - wish we never sold them on again!

Anyway - those shoes are around £16 in UK, but I can buy them here for just under £10. They're so cute - just got Oscar another pair. Looks dead trendy! They're made from very soft leather and sizes are 0-6, 6-12 & 12-18 months.

They're light and easy for postage.
Am I going to get into trouble from Laura for this?

No harm done I hope! Love you too Laura!

OH's mum has quite a few videos, impossible to get her part with them though, she loves them!

We have a video but it a family heirloom so can't smuggle it out, though I am loving shooshoos they are fab.

Lucy... you're a star - a big kiss coming your way from Oscar and I!!

We are not cheapskates, I will have you know I have at least 2 items of maternity clothes that I paid full price for :rotfl:

(Angry voice) I have u know we are not cheapskates-I feel our English counterparts are (getting brave now!)

Rebecca was OH's mum and dad first grand child-what did she get? A pack of babygro's!! They r minted. My SCOTTISH mum bought pram etc. Tight English so and so's! :rotfl:

So I DISAGREE prefusely!
