i have my scan on thursday but am exicted but iam nervous as well as found out id mc last time at my 12 week scan

Aw hunny, try to think positive as much as you can, it is natural to worry about any scan, let alone if you've found out bad news at a previous one.

I would hope that there is only a very slim chance of fate dealing you a blow like that twice - and will keep my fingers crossed for you too.
