Scan Tomorrow/Few Irritabilities

Hi Guys,
Im 11 weeks tomorrow and having a scan, cant wait
I have to say though this one is giving me far more probs than my first..
I cannot believe how long Im sleeping, and I dont know if this is normal but I feel a strong pushing down pressure, especially when I go to the toilet - TMI

Im hoping all will be ok
