Hi all baby sam was born on the 6th feb at 11.06 weighing 7lb 5oz I got to the hospital at 10.30 at 9 cm dilated and had him within 29 mins not sure how I did it but I did all my labour on no pain relief as I had back labor. No stiches 3 pushs and home by 4 the same day, xx
