Pulled muscle pains accross stomach?

Hello there

Just wondering if anyone else had experienced some pains in their stomach like they had pulled a muscle? It only lasted a while last night and I am fine today.

I think it must just be Eddie having a growth spurt or the fact that the OH and I spent yesterday afternoon gardening and I may have done too much.
