Professional baby pics question.

How much are they roughly?
Anyone recommend any in the south Sussex/Kent

We had some done at Pixi Foto (in some branches of mothercare) and it was £100 for 5. The more you bought the cheaper they were each. They were around £30 each if you were buying less than 4.

Are they kidding, i'd never pay that for one photo

I found Pixi photo hugely expensive! If I wanted 10x8s of the photos they'd taken of Faith it'd have cost £180. The cheapest package was £80. We just bought our 2.99 offer one and left the rest was sad as they were beautiful but we have other stuff we need more!

Their costs seem to vary sooo much! The basic package we got which was 2 10x8s and the smaller photos (1 6x4 and 4 tiny ones) of the same pose and that was £40. Every one you added on top of that was £10. This was as well as the big £2.99 one.

I thought pixi foto weren't that bad price wise compared to some others. We got James' baby pics done by Little Angels and they were around £45 each 5 and a half years ago! I suppose it depends if you can find a local photographer who will do it cheaper.

I think they're way cheaper. We got similar pictures done in Holland and not only was the quality nowhere near as good, it cost us €175 which at the time was about £120. We have a photographer in the town I live now and she costs an absolute fortune. Well over £100 for one. Her portraits are beautiful though.

There's a really good self employed photographer in my town, I enquired about how much it would cost to have him do our wedding photographs and his cheapest package was £800!
We're going to ask the guests to take photos for us instead!

Alot of students at your local college will do them as projects etc for next to nothing and can produce some amazing results if you dont mind hanging around a bit
Otherwsie bodge it iv seen sum * professional pics* that arent half as good as most of our ladies snaps !

Id pay a good amount of money for some time with an amazing photographer, but not really just for photos sake iykwim, dno if that made sense lol

I'll never pay them prices, I do know a couple of photographers so am going to ask around and see if they'll do baby pics.

I didn't realise how expensive they are!

I've been really lucky as one of our friends is really into his photography. He's taken some amazing photo's of Lola for us and never asked us for a penny 8)
