I'm just wondering when buying pregnancy tests are the cheaper ones, ie asda or tesco's etc own branding just as good as clear blue for example??

I bought asda own last month and this month have bought clear blue digitals???

whats everyones views??

I've just used cb digital and its was not pregnant :? so I don't like them - from what I've read there are all as good as each other. In my previous pregnancies I used cb and fr stick ones and they all showed positive on af due date. Fingers crossed for you and if you can try and wait till first wee of the day! Baby dust.

I believe Tesco are supposed to be very good. I just got a twin pack of Accurate ones from Boots, I don't know if they're any good at all but I firmly believe that if you are pregnant, even the crappiest test will show a positive (which is why I hate BFN's so much!!!!). I have one digi upstairs but I'll only use it if I see two lines on a regular test. I've never used IC's so I can't say which are good and which aren't (but I've seen sooooooooooo many false positives and evaps on them that I couldn't be bothered paying any money for them).

A few ladies on here have used tesco's and say they are good.

My doc said that the one's you can get off ebay are the same one's they use. They are also more sensitive than CB & FR.

I have some CB digitals in my drawer but at this rate they will be out of date before I get chance to use them :wall:

I have one cb digital left and will not use that until I see the two lines - plan to buy some cheap ones to satisfy my testing addiction!

Thats why I was asking cause I dont wanna be spending more on the tests then I need to as its very addictive.... al see what the CB digitals are like when they come... think the were just over £12 for two from Asda... I found tesco quite expensive when we were looking at them in there last week.....

I used ebay cheapies, and bought a pack of 25 for less than £5 (high sensitivity 10 MIU ones).....I then bought a pack of 2 clearblue digitals for when I really needed them....... :D
