Pls help ladies

Hello,

im only about 3 or 4 weeks with first child and I know im prob worrying for nothing but I have a mild pain in my lower right side quite alot of the time. What could this be and should I be worried? I have been to docs and he just said if it gets extreme then go back but could just be implantation pain. What do you all think have any of you had this? xxxx

Don't worry - all sorts of pain are so normal in early pregnancy, but if it gets a lot worse make sure you do get yourself checked out

I had an almost constant pain a bit higher up on my right hand side between 4 and 6 weeks, turned out to be nothing. there are lots of unexplained pains during pregnancy
