Have you uploaded the photo into something like www.fotango.com?
Once you've uploaded it on there, you click on the bit on fotango that says 'get link to pic', right click on the link and click 'copy shortcut'. Then come on here click Img, right click and paste your copied shortcut, click the Img button again and post.
