PG symptoms or 'TTC syndrome'????

I've been getting these symptoms over the past couple of weeks, not had BFP yet so what else could it possibly be

Spotting 2 and half weeks ago - hormones trying to get through
Sore nipples - OH is obsessed with them so when I'm asleep.....
Boobs growing - OH does the washing so has he shrunk my bras
Sore boobs - bouncing due to ill fitting bra (see above )
Veiny boobs - noticed in the bathroom mirror when getting out of shower, hot shower making veins more pronounced
Tiredness - BD marathons
Trousers getting tight - November has been busy for birthdays at work, cakes all round
Sore tummy muscles - strained muscles whilst doing Karma Sutra (see above)
Waves of nausea - not eating til really hungry
Funny taste in mouth last monday - Had to quickly 'harvest' OH for his sperm count and in the rush getting out to get to hospital in time forgot to re-freshen breath.

They are the same symtoms I had before I found I was pregnant, except the spotting, I didnt have that.
