its personal choice becks. i don;t take anything dunig pregnancy.
Try masaganig your big toe instead or taking a tepid bath and sleeping a little.

 

Everything says "consult you doc if".... it's just to make sure they cover their backs. I was taking super strength co-codomaol in my third trimester which isnt recomended, but you should be fine babes.

Like budge says, it is personal choice. but the chances of it doing any damage are minimal x

when I was at the Doc's lst time she run thru tablets that you can and can't take Paracetomol is absolutely fine, but DO NOT touch ibruprofen type tablets, i.e Nurofen!!

its personal choice, but the my consultant and my midwife both said para's are fine in pregnanyc, just avoid any other pain killers
