Ovulation and angus cactus

Hi ladies was wondering if anyone knows or has taken Angus cactus to help ovulation and regulate periods

Yes me. What are your cycles currently like? AC can work for both longer and shorter cycles, mine were longer. I tried AC for 6 months, it took about 5 weeks before I noticed a difference, then I had 'normal' length cycles for 5 months, then it just stopped working. So I stopped taking it. I don't know why it suddenly didn't do anything, I did change brands a couple of times but I always took the same dose.

Thanks for the reply my cycles are crazy at the mo since have the depo injection but once I have my period I constantly spot this month I have been spotting for 19 days including my period this has been going on since August I have done opk this month but not sure if I got a positive ....
