Can anyone recommend a decent washable/ reusable nappy that will keep Evie dry overnight?

I currently use tots bamboozles and tots bots plastic wraps which are great during the day but I find they have started leaking at night (not alot but enough to catch the top of her legs). Its been since Evie has started having cows milk before bed, I think shes taking more than when she was having a BF and shes a big snoozer (7pm-8am) and they just aren't cutting the mustard, I also put a bamboo booster in at night but its just not enough, I did think about putting a second booster in but it would make it so bulky for her.

I don't worry about style or price, just want something to keep her a bit more comfy, any recommendations? :D

have you tried a fleece or wool wrap as i hear they are really good for keeping them dry at night :)

Yes! I've tried both, a tots bots fleece wrap and a merino wool wrap, but neither have done the job. She's just a big wee wee monster!!!! :D

We use Tommee Tippee cotton bottoms (these are prefolds) but I used the biggest nappy size (size 3) with the booster and a waterprrof wrap and that is fine for her sleep from 7pm-8.30am. The wrap came from an internet company - I can't remember the name but it has a proper elasticated gusset which prevents the leaks - the one's which came with the prefolds did leak at night.

We use Little Lamb bamboo and microfibre nappies and their waterproof wrap and they keep Maya dry throughout the night 8pm to 8am. But she is only 3 and a half months so not sure about older babies. Those Little Lamb ones, they are great. We've also tried Minkies and Wonderoos but they are not as good as the Little Lamb ones - we had accidents all the time with them plus they were all sweaty after a while and her vest always felt dumb.

You can buy trial packs from them and see if they are any good for you.

I hate it when nappies leak!
:shakehead:

the huggles are good.I tend to use the minki pockets, stuffed with a prefold and a microfibre cloth and they do a fab job too.

Thanks ladies :D

I'm going to get a couple of the huggles ans see how they go :D

Oooh this is interesting - since DD is on solids and water, all her nappies are much more sodden (I'm changing her more often) and her overnight one is soooo wet.

These look nice, do I need to use a waterproof wrap with them?

Also paradysso which wrap do you use with the huggles, would my tots bots ones work? :D

i use a meos airflow as they dont ever leak. but any wrap would work im sure.

you dont need a wrap with the pockets though.

no wraps are needed wityh the pocket nappies

I've tried lots of diufferent ones at night inc Huggles and have now found my perfect combination
I use Weenotions Night Notions with a Lovebum PUL wrap. DD2 (18mnths old) is bone dry every morning despite sleeping from 6.30pm till 8 am :D .
I can't recommend them more highly, they are so soft and seem a better less bulky fit than my Huggles.
Hope you find your perfect combo soon :D
