Oven cleaner

stupid question I know..........

I've just cleaned the oven (it smelt SO bad I was gagging everytime it was on) but the cleaner had loads of fumes and I'm a bit worried now. I opened all the windows and wore gloves and a mask but could still smell the fumes from the cleaner.
Is this safe? or have I put myself at risk?
thanks, keep doing loads of things at the moment I don't think I should be!!
p.s. I am 5wks gone....I think (off to GP tomorrow)

Not sure hun

I used a kitchen cleaner with bleach to wipe down the kitchen worktops yesterday and the fumes off that were bad so I swapped to a different one.

If its so strong that it makes you gag I would stop using it

my oh is doing anything with cleaners at the moment, i gag when i open the packs let alone cleaning...good excuse hah

excellent excuse....think I will abandon cleaning and go and watch deal or no deal and put my feet up!
