I keep getting recurring ear infections.. well I say ear infections. I have not been to docs to be diagnosed as I assume the pain is from that. I read online that nothing much a doc can do anyway and they are not sure if antibiotics help or not as no proof.

Does anyone know of anyway to help it? Do i need to keep dry that sort of thing? I've been taken paracetamol for pain. :)

i went through a stage of this and kept getting antibiotics. I would recommend using audiclean or audiclear (cant remember what its called.. Its like a clear wash for your ears.. never got them again after using that.

I do feel for you though as they are damn painful.. pop a hot water bottle in a towel for some relief.

My mum had a really bad ear pain once and her doctor told her to take sudofed and it worked. Not sure if it was caused by the same thing tho but for a couple of quid its worth a try.

Hope it eases for you soon. Ive never had it that bad but my mum was crying with the pain so i can only imagine how it feels
