Can anyone please help?! When should I take ov test? Like what time in the day? And how many times a day? And if I get a pos does that mean I'm ov or that I'm going to be? Thanks girls! Xx
Hi, I don't know what the majority of people do but I did mine in the afternoon between 1-3pm and again in the early evening between 7-8pm. The LH hormone that shows up on ovulation tests is synthesized in the morning hence why it's better to do them later - after 10am or in the afternoon, however I do know some ladies use first morning urine - it's working out what works best for you to be honest.
I did mine twice a day to make sure I hadn't missed the surge. When you get a positive, it means ovulation is going to happen within 24-36 hours, so once you get a positive, it should happen the next day I think.
