part one

todays mission , to make 1 sponge cake and 1 fruit cake ( ive never done a fruit cake before

then i have left to do , shortbread animals , buttermilk biscuits , homemade mini mozzarella pizza and then on sat its leave me to cook all the cheat things ive brought frozen from tesco you cant expect me to turn into master chef over night OH and make sandwhiches which i dont even know what to put in , normal stuff like ham , cheese , tuna i suppose ?!!

OK , i was really proud of his cake ....

took hours ! and well , the dog was also very proud and decided to eat half of it so at 11pm last night brian went off to tesco to get more ingradiants and ive ordered more icing online and praying it comes in time , this cake is for his party on sat , luckly his got a different cake for tomorrow !

the fruit cake is currently covered in marzipan and drying ready for icing

i dont think she did you know , sulked the rest of the night !

well tonight ive got done the shortbread animals , just need to chocolate some of them , and ive done buttermilk biscuits for the babies , which are really weird and a bit like scones lol

praying when i get home today that the icing is there !

tonight i got to bake the 2nd cake lol chocolate the shortbread and make could old cornflakes things or buns dunno which or might do both lmao im loving this baking
