nasty scare!!!

hi everyone ive just turned 27 weeks so i thort i wud come in the proper forum now.

had a nasty scare already today.. its been gorgeous weather today where i live but ive had trouble breathing n i had a asthma attack tonight n ended up in a&e.!!! was on oxygen for 2hrs...does ne1 else suffer xx

Aww sorry to hear about your scare

I used to have asthma when I was younger but grew out of it. Have you tried practising some controlled breathing exercises?
