my poor bum

I fell down the stairs yesterday, and landed on my bum. Thankfully I wasn't holding Cally, was coming down with Seren behind me telling her to be careful and I just slipped. Sere looed at me and said "be carefl mommy", bless her. I am in so much pain today though , it really hurts and I think I have badly bruised my coccyx. OH is at work and I am stuck with both kids which is tough as it hurts so much to do anyhting. I would have thought with all the padding I have on my bum it would have protected me

aww bless ya, try and do as little as possible today, i know its difficult with two kiddies. Try and rest and pop a cushion under your bum to try and take some pressure off.
