So, Ive got NO money and Im unlikely to earn any before christmas either unless by some miracle I sell my house and complete and get the equity before then (unlikely!)

So I bought in car dvd players for our camping trip and one broke halfway there. I bought it from argos for £80 but I threw the receipt :wall:

So Im going to print off a bank statement as proof of purchase and go up there with it and ask for a refund. Im assuming they'll offer me argos gift vouchers as I dont have the receipt. So instead of getting a replacment in car player, Im going to save them and try to get presents form argos for £80.

Do you reckon its possible?!

After that its back to the old, getting everything on ebay to gather as much cash as possible, last year I sold my wii and games for £90 for christmas money, this is becoming a pattern, at least I wont have clutter!!

I'd say yes that is poss because they are faulty x

Yeah I don't see why there would be any issue with that x

If its faulty then yes they will refund/vouchers. Take your bank statement. And do it as soon as possible.
